Crispy phyllo rolls filled with creamy feta cheese and served with a sweet and tangy chili honey dip.

Ingredients

  • Feta cheese
  • Phyllo dough
  • Olive oil (for brushing)
  • Sweet chili sauce
  • Honey
  • Fresh herbs (optional, like parsley or dill)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Set it to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the phyllo dough: Slice it into squares about 4×4 inches.
  3. Assemble the rolls: Place a piece of feta cheese in the center of each square, sprinkle with herbs, and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Fold the phyllo: Bring the edges up over the feta and brush each layer with olive oil.
  5. Place on the baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake: For 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Make the dipping sauce: Mix equal parts sweet chili sauce and honey.
