A warm, creamy artichoke dip that’s perfect for gatherings.

  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tortilla chips or crackers for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the artichoke hearts, cream cheese, mayonnaise, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Mix well until everything is creamy and well-blended.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
  6. Serve warm with tortilla chips or crackers.

Notes

For best results, let the cream cheese come to room temperature before mixing.
