A creamy, cheesy dip made with artichokes, perfect for any gathering.

  • 1 can (14 oz / 400 g) artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly grease a small baking dish.
  3. Combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan, mozzarella, garlic, onion powder, salt, pepper, and lemon juice in a mixing bowl until well-blended.
  4. Fold in the chopped artichokes.
  5. Spread the mixture into your prepared baking dish.
  6. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
  7. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  8. Sprinkle with parsley and serve warm with crackers, tortilla chips, or toasted bread.
