A delicious and healthy combination of peaches and oats, perfect for a quick breakfast.

  • 1 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1 cup diced peaches (fresh or canned)
  • 1/2 cup yogurt (plain or flavored)
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl or jar, combine the rolled oats, milk, yogurt, maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Stir well so everything is nicely blended.
  2. Fold in the diced peaches gently, ensuring they’re evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  3. Cover the jar or bowl tightly and refrigerate overnight. If you’re making it in the morning, let it chill for at least 4 hours.
  4. In the morning, you can enjoy it cold or give it a quick stir and warm it up in the microwave if you like it cozy.

Notes

Store any leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days. It thickens as it sits, so add a splash more milk when eating again.
