Juicy turkey kabobs grilled to perfection, infused with rich flavors and served with warm pita and yogurt sauce.

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Pita bread, fresh salads, and creamy yogurt sauce (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Combine the ground turkey, minced garlic, dried oregano, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Shape the turkey mixture into kabob shapes and thread them onto soaked skewers.
  3. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat.
  4. Carefully place the kabobs on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Serve hot with pita bread, salads, and a yogurt sauce.

Notes

Allow the turkey mixture to rest before grilling for enhanced flavor. Kabobs can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for a day.
