A dazzling dessert featuring creamy cheesecake, rich Snickers, and colorful pink M&Ms that is perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Snickers bars, chopped
  • ½ cup pink M&Ms
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of your springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add the heavy cream and vanilla extract, mixing until fluffy.
  4. Stir in the chopped Snickers and pink M&Ms into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until set, then turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for another hour.
  7. Let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  8. When ready to serve, release the springform pan and garnish with additional M&Ms and Snickers if desired.

Notes

Don’t rush the cooling time; it thickens more as it cools. Use room-temperature cream cheese for easier mixing.
