12 Hawaiian Rolls
0.5 cup marinara sauce
24 slices pepperoni
1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
0.25 cup unsalted butter, melted
0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
0.5 teaspoon dried oregano
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Without separating the rolls, slice the sheet of Hawaiian rolls horizontally. Place the bottom half in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
Spread marinara sauce evenly across the bottom half of the rolls.
Layer all 24 slices of pepperoni over the sauce.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the pepperoni.
Add the top halves of the rolls and press down lightly.
In a small bowl, stir together melted butter, garlic powder, and oregano.
Brush the butter mixture over the tops of the rolls.
Sprinkle the grated Parmesan over the tops.
Cover the dish loosely with foil and bake for 10 minutes.
Uncover and bake an additional 7-8 minutes until cheese is melted and tops are golden brown.
Garnish with fresh parsley if using.
Slice and serve warm.
Notes
Feel free to add your favorite toppings such as vegetables or different types of cheese.
These sliders can be prepped in advance and baked just before serving.
Store leftovers in the refrigerator and reheat in the oven.
