Delicious and colorful blondies made with M&M candies, perfect for Easter celebrations.

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup M&M candies (pastel colors for Easter)
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. Mix the melted butter with both sugars until creamy.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the M&M candies and white chocolate chips.
  7. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking pan.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until edges are golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Cool in the pan before cutting into squares and serving.

Notes

For richer flavor, let the blondies sit overnight. Don’t rush the cooling process to avoid crumbling.
