  • 1 Lemon (for zest and juice)
  • Pita bread

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken by mixing lemon juice, chopped herbs, a pinch of salt, and cut chicken in a bowl. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat your grill or grill pan to medium-high. Place the marinated chicken on skewers and grill for 10-15 minutes, flipping occasionally.
  3. Make the garlic yogurt sauce by mixing plain yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt.
