- 1 cup chilled soda water
- 2 tablespoons raspberry syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut cream
- Ice cubes
- Fresh raspberries, for garnish
- Add the raspberry syrup and coconut cream to a tall serving glass. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well blended.
- Fill the glass with plenty of ice cubes to keep the drink refreshingly cold.
- Slowly pour the chilled soda water over the ice, allowing the bubbles to create a light, fizzy finish.
- Gently stir once or twice to combine the creamy coconut with the sweet raspberry flavor without losing too much carbonation.
- Garnish with a few fresh raspberries and enjoy immediately for the best taste and fizz.
Notes
- For maximum sparkle, always use well-chilled soda water.
- Homemade raspberry syrup can be prepared ahead of time and stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
