A refreshing and fizzy drink made with raspberry syrup and coconut cream, perfect for hot days.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chilled soda water
  • 2 tablespoons raspberry syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut cream
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh raspberries, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add the raspberry syrup and coconut cream to a tall serving glass. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well blended.
  2. Fill the glass with plenty of ice cubes to keep the drink refreshingly cold.
  3. Slowly pour the chilled soda water over the ice, allowing the bubbles to create a light, fizzy finish.
  4. Gently stir once or twice to combine the creamy coconut with the sweet raspberry flavor without losing too much carbonation.
  5. Garnish with a few fresh raspberries and enjoy immediately for the best taste and fizz.

  • For maximum sparkle, always use well-chilled soda water.
