Delicious peanut butter cookies with chunks of Reese’s Peanut Butter Eggs, perfect for a quick treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup Reese’s Peanut Butter Eggs (chopped)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix together peanut butter, sugar, egg, baking soda, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Fold in the chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Eggs.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set and lightly golden.
  6. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

Using parchment paper makes for easier cleanup.
