A quick and versatile stir fry recipe featuring mixed vegetables and your choice of protein.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup protein (chicken, tofu, or shrimp)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and ginger. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add your chosen protein and cook until browned (5-6 minutes for chicken or shrimp).
  4. Toss in the mixed vegetables and stir fry for 5-7 minutes.
