A comforting and easy-to-make Savory Stuffing Meatloaf filled with delicious flavors from savory stuffing and ground beef.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 box stuffing mix (savory flavor)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the ground beef, stuffing mix, water, egg, onion, bell pepper, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in your greased baking dish.
  4. Mix the ketchup, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl and spread over the meatloaf.
  5. Bake for about 60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  6. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Notes

Use fresh veggies for the best flavor. You can also add cheese or try different types of meat or stuffing mixes.
