A decadent yet easy dish featuring lasagna noodles filled with shrimp, crab, and creamy Alfredo sauce, baked to golden perfection.

Ingredients

  • Lasagna noodles
  • Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • Crab meat
  • Alfredo sauce
  • Ricotta cheese
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Garlic, minced
  • Fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the lasagna noodles: Follow package instructions until they are al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Prepare the filling: In a bowl, mix together ricotta cheese, cooked shrimp, crab meat, half of the mozzarella cheese, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of your baking dish.
  4. Fill the noodles: Take a cooked lasagna noodle and on one end, spread a generous amount of the seafood mixture. Roll it up tightly and place it seam-side down in the baking dish.
  5. Repeat until your dish is filled.
  6. Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the roll-ups and sprinkle with the rest of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake: Pop the dish into a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) and let it bake for about 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Cool before serving: Let it sit for a few minutes, so it firms up just a bit before digging in.

Notes

Experiment with flavors by adding cayenne or swapping parsley for basil. Ensure seasoning is to your taste.
