- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 4 sheets nori (seaweed)
- 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup milk chocolate, melted
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- Optional: extra mini marshmallows for topping
- Cook and cool the rice.
- Melt the butter and mini marshmallows in a pan until smooth.
- Mix the cooked rice with the melted marshmallow mixture.
- Spread the rice on a nori sheet, leaving an inch at the top edge.
- Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs and chocolate chips over the rice.
- Roll the nori sheet tightly, sealing the edge with water.
- Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces.
- Drizzle melted chocolate over the sushi and garnish with extra mini marshmallows.
