Ingredients

  • 2 cups rice, cooked
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 4 sheets nori (seaweed)
  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate, melted
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • Optional: extra mini marshmallows for topping

Instructions

  1. Cook and cool the rice.
  2. Melt the butter and mini marshmallows in a pan until smooth.
  3. Mix the cooked rice with the melted marshmallow mixture.
  4. Spread the rice on a nori sheet, leaving an inch at the top edge.
  5. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs and chocolate chips over the rice.
  6. Roll the nori sheet tightly, sealing the edge with water.
  7. Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces.
  8. Drizzle melted chocolate over the sushi and garnish with extra mini marshmallows.

Notes

  • For a vegan version, use plant-based butter and marshmallows.
  • To avoid sticking, wet your knife before slicing the rolls.
  • Serve fresh for the best texture, or chill for a firmer bite.
