  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Sear the chicken in the skillet for about 5-7 minutes on each side until browned.
  5. Mix together the sour cream and cream of chicken soup in a bowl until well combined.
  6. Place the seared chicken in a baking dish and pour the sour cream mixture over the top.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the chicken.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until fully cooked and cheese is bubbly.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
