  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine creamy peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar in a large bowl until smooth.
  3. Beat in eggs and vanilla extract until well blended.
  4. Mix together flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring just until combined.
  6. Fold in marshmallow fluff until evenly distributed.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

Let cookies cool on the baking sheet to help them set nicely. You can add chocolate chips for extra flavor.
