Delicious bite-sized appetizers filled with creamy spinach and artichoke, baked in crunchy wonton wrappers.

Ingredients

  • Wonton wrappers
  • Spinach (fresh or frozen)
  • Artichoke hearts (canned or frozen)
  • Cream cheese
  • Sour cream
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
  • Garlic (minced)
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. If using frozen spinach, thaw and drain excess liquid.
  3. Combine spinach, chopped artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  4. Lightly grease a muffin tin and press the wonton wrappers into the cups.
  5. Fill each wonton cup with the spinach and artichoke mixture.
  6. Brush the tops with olive oil.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Make sure the spinach is as dry as possible for better texture. Adjust the filling to your taste with different cheeses or spices.
