A comforting blend of tender steak, creamy blue cheese, and gooey mozzarella baked to perfection, ideal for gatherings or quick meals.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz rigatoni pasta
  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into pieces
  • 1 cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the rigatoni according to package instructions until al dente; drain.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  5. Combine the cooked rigatoni, steak mixture, heavy cream, blue cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese in a large bowl.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Let the dish sit for a few minutes after baking for best flavor absorption. If the cheese isn’t browning well, switch to broil for the last couple of minutes.
