- 3 cups fresh watermelon cubed (or frozen for thicker texture)
- 1 cup fresh strawberries hulled (or frozen)
- 1 tablespoon honey or honey simple syrup (swap agave for vegan)
- 0.5 cup coconut water or plain water
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- ice cubes for serving
- Cut the watermelon and strawberries into chunks.
- Add watermelon, strawberries, coconut water, lime juice, and honey into a blender.
- Blend until smooth and well combined.
- Taste and adjust the sweetness with more honey or lime juice if needed.
- Strain through a fine mesh strainer for a smoother drink if desired.
- Pour the mocktail into a pitcher and chill for 15–20 minutes.
