A refreshing summer salad featuring charred sweet corn, crispy romaine, and creamy Caesar dressing.

Ingredients

  • 2 ears of corn, husked and cleaned
  • 1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the corn with oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the corn for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally until charred.
  4. Let the corn cool, then cut the kernels off the cob.
  5. Combine the romaine lettuce, grilled corn, Parmesan cheese, and crumbled bacon in a large bowl.
  6. Drizzle with Caesar dressing, toss again, and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy your salad.
