Ingredients
Scale
4 large fresh peaches
1 cup fresh raspberries
1 cup fresh blackberries
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
Wash the peaches thoroughly and slice them into thin wedges, removing the pits. Place the sliced peaches in a large mixing bowl.
Gently rinse the raspberries and blackberries, then add them to the bowl with the sliced peaches.
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and lemon juice until well combined. Drizzle this mixture over the fruit.
Tear the fresh mint leaves into smaller pieces and scatter them over the fruit salad.
Gently toss all ingredients together until the fruit is evenly coated with the honey-lemon mixture. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
Notes
Choose peaches that are ripe but still firm to prevent them from becoming mushy when mixed.
For best results, serve the salad within 2-3 hours of preparation to maintain optimal texture.
If peaches aren’t quite ripe enough, let them sit at room temperature for a day or two before using.
You can substitute the honey with maple syrup for a different flavor profile.
