Instructions
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. Add steak pieces and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with a splash of oil.
Add marinated steak bites in a single layer. Sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked to your preference.
Transfer to a serving platter, sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds, and serve warm.
