Delicious and quick wraps filled with tender chicken, fresh vegetables, and creamy peanut sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup fresh vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, carrots, cucumbers, shredded lettuce)
  • 1/2 cup peanut sauce
  • 4 large tortillas
  • Fresh cilantro (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Combine the cooked chicken, fresh vegetables, and peanut sauce in a bowl. Mix until well coated.
  2. Lay a tortilla flat and place a portion of the chicken mixture in the center.
  3. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom.
  4. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
  5. Slice each wrap in half, garnish with cilantro if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes

For best results, warm the tortillas before wrapping.
