1 oz coconut rum
1 oz peach schnapps
2 oz orange juice
2 oz pineapple juice
3/4 oz grenadine
1 cup crushed ice
Orange slice, for garnish
Maraschino cherry, for garnish
Instructions
Add the coconut rum, peach schnapps, orange juice, pineapple juice, and crushed ice to a blender. Blend until the mixture is smooth and has a thick, slushy consistency.
Pour the blended drink into a chilled glass.
Slowly drizzle the grenadine over the top. It will naturally sink to the bottom, creating a beautiful tropical sunset effect.
Garnish with a fresh orange slice and a maraschino cherry.
Serve immediately and enjoy while icy cold.
Notes
For a non-alcoholic version, omit the rum and schnapps.
Adjust the amount of grenadine to your liking for more or less sweetness.
