A light and airy dessert made with layers of creamy vanilla mousse and a crunchy graham cracker crust.

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 2 tablespoons gelatin (optional)
  • 1/4 cup water (for gelatin)
  • Graham cracker crust (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Whip the heavy cream with sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  2. Mix the mascarpone cheese until smooth.
  3. Dissolve gelatin in warm water and let it cool slightly.
  4. Fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone, then add the dissolved gelatin if using.
  5. Pour the mixture into a prepared graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes to set.
  7. Serve chilled and enjoy your delightful dessert!

Notes

  • Gelatin is optional; the mousse will still be delicious without it.
  • Make sure the heavy cream is cold for best results.
  • For added flavor, consider garnishing with fresh berries.
