A super-easy, fruity frozen dessert made by blending watermelon and kiwi, sweetened with sugar and lime, then frozen to create a light, flaky texture perfect for hot days.

  • 2 ripe kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

Instructions

  4. Freeze for about 2 hours, scraping with a fork every 30 minutes to create a fluffy texture.
