A refreshing and fruity granita made with watermelon and kiwi, perfect for hot summer days.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups watermelon chunks
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. Blend the watermelon, kiwis, sugar, water, and lime juice in a blender until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a shallow pan and freeze for about 2 hours.
  3. Use a fork to scrape the mixture, mixing the ice crystals. Return it to the freezer.
  4. Repeat scraping every 30 minutes until fluffy and fully frozen.
  5. Serve in bowls or glasses and enjoy!

Notes

Let the granita sit in the freezer before scraping for the perfect texture. Adjust sweetness with lime juice or sugar as needed.
