Crispy, cheesy taquitos filled with tangy buffalo chicken, perfect for gatherings or a cozy weeknight dinner.

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or pepper jack)
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • Blue cheese or ranch dressing (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix the shredded chicken, cheese, buffalo sauce, and cream cheese until well combined.
  3. Place a small amount of the mixture on each tortilla, rolling them tightly.
  4. Arrange the taquitos seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
  6. Serve hot with blue cheese or ranch dressing for dipping.

Notes

Brush taquitos lightly with olive oil for extra crispiness. Don’t overstuff to prevent bursting.
