A creamy and flavorful Cajun Chicken Pasta recipe that’s quick to prepare and perfect for any occasion.

  • 8 oz pasta (e.g., penne or fettuccine)
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced (red and green)
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese for serving
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet.
  3. Season the chicken slices with Cajun seasoning and add them to the skillet. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add onion and bell peppers to the skillet; sauté until softened.
  5. Stir in the garlic and cook for another minute.
  6. Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer and let cook for 3-4 minutes.
  7. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet. Toss to combine and heat through.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Serve with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley on top.

Feel free to add more Cajun seasoning for extra kick, or other veggies like spinach or zucchini.
