Ingredients

  • Soft bread (like white bread or rolls)
  • Cheese (mozzarella or cheddar work best)
  • Butter (for that rich flavor)
  • Garlic (minced)
  • Parsley (optional for garnish)
  • Marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Flatten the slices of soft bread with a rolling pin or your hands.
  3. Spread melted butter mixed with minced garlic generously on each slice.
  4. Place cheese on one end of each slice and roll them up tightly.
  5. Place the rollups seam side down on a baking sheet.
  6. Brush the tops with more melted butter and sprinkle with parsley if using.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and the cheese is melted.
  8. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
