Transform Brussels sprouts into crispy bites of heaven with this simple roasting recipe.

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Balsamic vinegar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Trim the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half.
  3. In a bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread them evenly on a baking sheet.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, until crispy and golden.
  6. If desired, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and drizzle with balsamic vinegar before serving.

Notes

For best results, do not overcrowd the baking sheet. Adjust seasoning to your taste.
