Tender steak bites seared in garlic butter, perfect for quick meals or special occasions.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or tenderloin), cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and melt 2 tablespoons of butter.
  2. Season the steak cubes with salt and pepper. Cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. Melt the remaining butter in the same skillet and add the sliced onions. Sauté until caramelized, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  5. Return the steak to the skillet and stir to coat in the garlic butter.
  6. Cook for another minute to warm everything through.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

Let the steak rest after cutting for optimal juiciness.
