Delightful mini chocolate cakes that are easy to make and perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a mini muffin tin.
  2. Cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each.
  4. Stir in the vanilla extract and milk, mixing until combined.
  5. Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in another bowl.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
  7. Spoon the batter into the prepared mini muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  9. Allow to cool before serving. Enjoy!
