A quick and easy Parmesan Crusted Chicken recipe with a crispy, cheesy coating.

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Beat the eggs in a shallow bowl until well mixed.
  3. Combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and a little salt and pepper in another bowl.
  4. Dip each chicken breast in the beaten egg, ensuring it’s fully coated.
  5. Coat the chicken in the breadcrumb mixture, making sure every bit is covered.
  6. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  7. Cook each chicken breast for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  8. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy your crispy Parmesan crusted chicken!
