A delightful summer treat combining warm, caramelized peaches with creamy goat cheese, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe peaches
  • 4 oz goat cheese
  • Honey (for drizzling)
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Fresh mint (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. Cut the peaches in half and remove the pits.
  3. Brush the cut sides of the peaches with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the peaches cut-side down on the grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes.
  5. Remove from the grill and let cool for a minute.
  6. Stuff each peach half with goat cheese.
  7. Drizzle honey over the stuffed peaches.
  8. Garnish with fresh mint if desired and serve warm.

Notes

For best results, use ripe peaches and do not overcook them to avoid mushiness.
